1 Where is Bhagvatam by the Ganges located?

Bhagvatam by the Ganges is located in Rishikesh, Uttarakhand, just a few steps away from the holy Ganga river. It offers a peaceful retreat surrounded by nature and spiritual energy.

2 What types of rooms are available?

We offer 8 rooms under four categories: Luxury, Royal, Executive, and Presidential. Each room is thoughtfully designed with modern amenities and either Ganga or mountain views.

3 Is food included in the stay?

Only breakfast is included, Our meals are freshly prepared with seasonal ingredients, focusing on nourishment and balance.

4 Can I book the entire property for a retreat or private group?

Yes, the full property can be reserved for group retreats, wellness events, or private gatherings. Special packages are available for group bookings.

5 What are the check-in and check-out times?

Check-in time is 1:00 PM, and check-out is at 11:00 AM.

6 Is there parking available?

No, we don’t have own parking space due to it’s a oneway road, you can park your car in paid parking.

1 Is the retreat suitable for solo travelers?

Absolutely. Many of our guests come alone to relax, heal, or reflect. Our peaceful environment and caring staff make it a safe and comfortable place for solo travelers.

2 Is the retreat open all year round?

Yes, Bhagvatam by the Ganges is open throughout the year. The best seasons to visit are spring and autumn for pleasant weather and riverside experiences.

3 What does a typical retreat package include?

Our retreat packages include a stay in a well-appointed room, sattvic meals (breakfast, lunch, dinner), daily Ganga Aarti, Bhajan/Kirtan, Gong Meditation, access to the swimming pool, and consultation. Yoga sessions and sound healing may be included depending on the retreat theme.

4 How long is a retreat at Bhagvatam?

Most retreats are between 3 to 7 days, though custom durations can be arranged for private groups or wellness goals.

5 Do you offer pre/post retreat stays?

Yes, we offer one additional room night before or after the retreat (based on availability) for guests who wish to settle in or extend their experience.

6 Can I organize my own retreat at Bhagvatam?

No, only the Presidential Suites (Room No. 5 – Buddha & Room No. 6 – Krishna) offer a direct Ganga view along with a spacious shared balcony overlooking the river.

2 Which rooms are mountain-facing?

The Executive Rooms (Room No. 7 – Rama & Room No. 8 – Kalki) are mountain-facing, offering peaceful views of the lush natural surroundings.

3 Do all rooms have a private balcony?

Yes, all rooms feature a private balcony, perfect for morning tea, reflection, or enjoying the sounds of nature.

4 Which rooms are best for a luxury experience with a view?

The Presidential Suites are the top choice for luxury and view combined. They offer the most space, elegant interiors, and a shared balcony with panoramic Ganga views.

5 What kind of view do the Royal Rooms offer?

The Royal Rooms (Room No. 3 – Kurma & Room No. 4 – Matsya) offer partial Ganga views or garden views depending on their position in the building.

6 Are the Luxury Rooms river-facing?

The Luxury Rooms (Room No. 1 – Parshurama & Room No. 2 – Vamana) offer a blend of side views—some may have glimpses of the river or garden, with cozy balcony spaces.

Services

1 What wellness services do you offer?

We offer Ayurvedic therapies, doctor consultations, Abhyanga massages, Shirodhara, steam, potli, and other holistic treatments for healing and rejuvenation.

2 Do I need to book wellness therapies in advance?

While walk-ins are welcome, we recommend booking your therapy sessions in advance to ensure availability—especially during weekends or retreats.

3 Is Wi-Fi available?

Yes, high-speed Wi-Fi is available in all rooms and common areas for those who need to stay connected.

4 Do you have yoga sessions?

Yes, yoga sessions are available on request. We also offer a spacious yoga hall on the top floor for personal practice or group sessions.

5 What activities are included in the stay?

Guests enjoy complimentary access to Ganga Aarti, Gong Meditation every Monday, Bhajan/Kirtan every Friday & Saturday, swimming pool, and optional yoga sessions.

6 Is there sound healing at the retreat?

Sound healing is not currently a regular activity, but Gong Meditation is available every Monday from 6:00 PM to 7:00 PM.
