Detailed Program Schedule

12:00 pm to 2:00 pm – Check-ins /Daily Briefing / Lunch

After check-in at 12:00 PM, you will be briefed about the schedule and its importance. After the briefing, you will be taken to our dining area for a healthy vegan lunch. After lunch, you will be embarking on a wellness journey to experience joy and rejuvenation.

2:15 pm to 2:45 pm - Yog Nidra

When you sleep, your body and mind rejuvenate themselves, and there is a deeper recovery and relaxation of the body and mind. However, it is not the duration of sleep but “the way” and “the state” of sleep that rejuvenate the body, remove unwanted memories from the mind, and provide mental calmness.

Yoga Nidra means “yogic sleep.” It draws your attention inward toward what you do and who you are. In this, you will learn to focus on your breath, bodily sensations, emotions, and thoughts. In the Yoga Nidra state, you tap into an underlying sense of peace that is always present. You draw your attention effortlessly to the very nature of awareness; you observe and welcome whatever is present without getting caught up in it. The guided session of Yoga Nidra, which lasts for 30 minutes, allows you to reach the most profound level of relaxation.

3:00 pm to 4:00 pm – Pravachan / Mind Healing

The true nature of your mind is enlightened and peaceful, just like the depth of the ocean, which is calm. However, when you get mentally and emotionally attached to your wants, desires, and worries, you lose your inner enlightened freedom and peace, and your mind becomes a victim of stress, depression, anxiety, exhaustion, suffering, and overexcitement.

The mind has the ability to heal the body. It exerts powers over the body to heal pain and relieve stress & anxiety. The healing powers of the body loosen the clinging attitudes that Buddhists call “grasping at self.” By healing the mind, you heal yourself mentally, emotionally, and physically.

With this, we bring to you a mind-healing session that is based on the ancient, eternal wisdom of Vedanta, which is relevant even today.

This session will guide you to remove doubts and confusion to achieve clarity and oneness. You build a still, calm, and clear connection between your soul, mind, and body. This session takes you on the journey of Gyana, which helps you attain deeper fulfillment.
